It also has a secure entrance.  The neighborhood is quiet although you’re very close to the action downtown. 

You’ll fall in love with all the fine restaurants, museums, theaters, antique shops, art galleries, and locally owned boutiques we have to offer. From this condo, you'll be able to take a tour by horse and carriage, visit the aquarium, take a boat ride out to Ft. Sumter, or enjoy the dinner boat cruise around the harbor. Many of our historic homes are open for tours as you browse around the city. Park your car in our off-street parking lot and forget it.  The beach is just a short drive away as well as several golf courses, tennis courts, and parks.  It's just 15 minutes to the Charleston Airport, two minutes to MUSC, and a short walk to the College of Charleston.
